4 Scottish wildlife Trust Veiw Point over Balgavies Loch
Balgavies Loch is one of a series of wetlands in the Upper Lunan Valley. Reedbeds fringe the loch and to the west there is extensive fen. These habitats support a diverse range of wildlife including large numbers of wintering geese and wildfowl.

8 Rescobie Loch Development Association
Rescobie Loch is a relatively shallow water of 200 acres which provides rich feeding throughout the year resulting in some really fine over wintered specimens. The loch record at present stands at 14lb 6oz for a brown trout and 17lbs 10ozs for rainbow and there is little doubt that there are comparable if not larger trout in the water.

Two semi-formal wall gardens adjoin 18th century house and shelter long border of herbaceous perennials, superb delphiniums, old fashioned roses and pavings of violas and dianthus. 11 Forfar Golf Club
Originally laid out by Tom Morris of St Andrews in 1871 with alterations being made in 1926 by James Braid the course design is a combination by two golfing greats with no less than 9 Open Championships between them and is of a quality that it has hosted national championships and has twice been the venue for the Scottish PGA Championship, the Scottish Boys Stroke Play and most recently the Girls Home Internationals.

Established in 2006, the Crafts of Angus Showcase and Shop is made up of a dedicated community of like-minded crafters. Each one is a member of the Angus Crafts Association, the organisation behind the Crafts of Angus cooperative. We are all very proud of our achievements in making this dream a reality.

14 Forbes of Kingennie
Kingennie has trout fishing (rainbow, blue, gold, brown) , with bait and fly-fishing on four well-stocked pools year-round. Catches vary according to the season and pool, from fighting trout of 1lb to 'old and cunning' fish of over 20lbs. The pools have fishing piers and some also have guard rails. Stocking takes place weekly, and details of latest catches are available on the Kingennie Fishings website. There is an on-going Fishing Competition with cash prize. Kingennie attracts around 10,000 anglers each year. Game-fishing can also be arranged on the rivers North Esk, Tay and Dee, and local lochs.
